Judging by the spread -140 and -3pts Id say even though the entire country is on the Texans bandwagon,Las Vegas wants us to put money on the Texans. That means LV thinks (or knows) that redskins are going to win.Otherwise the spread would be bigger to put peoples money on redskins. But it isnt. I bet schaub folds(as always) when a 8 man box comes roaring at him. I expect int's and pick 6's from schaub.
i dont. but i do look at the las vegas odds,and public perception and try to decide who las vegas wants us to put money on, last week was very surprising colts were only a -1 favorite. being from the superbowl you would think the colts would have been -9 favorites. so vegas was lowering the odds to make people put money on the colts, and texans won..Meaning anyone (and i guess thats the entire country) that put money on the colts lost and vegas made millions just off the texans game alone. this weeks line of -3 texans scares me. My first thought was thats to low and vegas wants us to bet texans.

besides the vegas odds heres why i think texans lose this game Texans D has trouble with scrambling qb's. VY last year could do whatever he wanted. I think Mcnabb will do the same tomorrow. Also,schaub has trouble with scrambling,so any pressure causes him to either get sacked or int. He doesnt scramble and still throws into coverage. The redskins know this. The skins know to load up the box and force schaub to have no time in the pocket. But,owen daniels will be open ALL GAME. So will walter. the passes 5-10 yards are there all game,but not deep routes to andre. Does schaub have the common sense to ignore andre,ignore the rush,and to short yardage all game? I dont know. But I do know that foster will be watched and covered,that andre will be covered, so if foster or andre/schaub force anything it will result in trouble. Best bet is to use the "least expected players" to trick shanny jr. Daniels,walter,jacoby maybe even Schaub trying to rush a little. Anything to fool shanny will work because shanny thinks he knows us. Time to use trick plays. But, I dont think kubes wants to use trick plays after last years halfback pass int. I think kubiak will stick to predictable stuff and shanny/skins will be ready for it. I think mcnabb tore us apart in 2006 and will pick on kareem all game. I'd recommend either Christian's Tailgate (midtown), Sawyer Park, or the new BW3's on Washington. I'm not a big fan of Pub Fiction. The crowd is pretty douchey. Christian's has the best burgers in town so you should definitely check it out if you've never been.
