"Play it safe?" Yeah, how safe was it counting on Gano to miss his second attempt after nailing the first one. Lucky, not safe.
I actually thought kubes made the right decision, rackers was a unclutch kicker in Arizona now add that to him not having a powerful leg and put him in to make a 50 yd fg and you got a missed fg. Good job kubes

I have a feeling this is gonna turn out to be like that Daryl Morey pic where he's looking at the camera from the bench...everytime Schaub does something clutch people will post this.
So I just finished watching the game half an hour ago...I knew when I saw OT, you guys would be having fits over that FG attempt that never happened. Lets remember 1 statistic: Since 2006, Rackers is 4-18 in FG attempts of 50+. When your defense has put together a few solid drives in a row, you need to trust them. Rackers has never been known for his leg, he's known for his accuracy. Chances were great that he would miss the 53 yarder and the Skins would then take the ball over about 20 yards shy of FG range. Hindsight is 20/20, but Kubiak played it smart. And the Texans won.

it seemed like a couple of their big plays were the linebackers fault.. like the last overthrown ball.. i think quin picked him up while the ball was in the air..there's no way Frank Bush would have a small cb cover a fb or te...and cooleys touchdown he burned a linebacker. i think our secondary had a very UNLUCKY day.. We dropped 2 picks.. and in the first half, kareem was playing solid defense, actually covering well.. mcnabb was just extremely accurate... (must be the roids... ) i think our players took ownership of this game.. the coaching staff didn't do a very great job.. i don't like that we would pass first, ecspecially in ot, we didn't have to rush.. but we passed everytime.. it's like kubiak started getting anxious and tried for the homerun instead of stickin to the gameplan... i can't complain too much, it's always sweet when you pull out the W.. me and my group of friends decided on a new nickname for dre after that catch, it's simply: Andre "THE EPIC" Johnson.
Bad example: Chong Li lost that fight. I'd rather the Texans turn out like Frank Dux, thank you very much.
