Your homerism is pretty gross. Don't act like everything I posted isn't a concern and most likely possible. Don't be delusional like cowgirl fans Can we win? Of course, any given Sunday, but it's ok to view the game through a logical perspective, it doesn't make me any less of a fan than you
It really is. The English language doesn't account for the evolution of phrases. Therefore what it deems incorrect actually makes perfect sense.
What Homerism am I displaying? What did I say that is not arguably true? I made a comment that you were overly pessimistic which is true. Get some sunlight and a smile in your life.
I never said u were lying. But acting like what I posted isn't possible is you displaying homerism. Not sure how sunlight or a smile is relevant to this discussion seeing as both are possible regardless of the conversation unless it's a common occurrence that happens to you
It's also most likely possible that every member of both teams die in car crashes before the game so the game never happens. I don't think we should dedicate equal time to every scenario that has any tiny chance of being possible.
Pessimism and logic aren’t synonymous. There are logical reasons to be pessimistic about our offfense. There are also logical reasons to be optimistic by our defense. Your post was incredibly pessimistic and I’m not surprised that someone would call you out on it.
Oh I'm sorry, is our offensive line not suspect? Do we not have 2 rookie wide receivers? Is Kirk not out? Is Chubb not a huge question mark? That's not pessimism. Those are facts
Your assumption was a worst case scenario for the Texans with a best case scenario for the Rams. It's not exactly clever.
Old men getting mad at the evolution of the English language lol "Bu t but my teacher said that's not the correct grammar.." Keep up Webster. It's correct now
Wasn't feeling college football today because Arch sapped all my UT joy last week. Hopefully Texans can regain that joy I had, which would be a miracle since I vowed to never fully "believe" in them ever again..
Can we run the ball effectively and can the OL give CJ time to throw? Only questions that require a yes to win bc if not, it’s gonna be a long day.
I think Chubb is going to be a top 3-5 back in the league. He wants to prove that injury didn’t ruin him and I think he has a great year. if stroud has a decent line that gives him just a few more seconds he can pick any defense apart so I’m not thinking a blow out. the defense is deep and we can rotate guys in and out of the rotation. I don’t think stafford has it in him to win this game after all the hits he will take with that bad back.
