Good to sense the excitement for the 2008 Houston Texans season and I am certainly looking forward to what this team can do this year! But, I'm also thinking of what this team could be in the future, and this is what I've come up with for a future prediction. "By the time we get to Super Bowl L (50), the Houston Texans will have been to at least 1 Super Bowl!" Currently we are at Super Bowl XLIII for this upcoming season ahead so here's a ? for you, Texans fans on Clutch. Is my prediction of the Houston Texans getting to 1 Super Bowl before Super Bowl L, realistic or just a pipe dream? Here's a bonus question for you Texans fans: If the Houston Texans do get to a Super Bowl, how many of you would attend either the game itself and/or the festivities at the Super Bowl host city of that game?
Andre Johnson tweaked his groin today, but he should be all right. http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=441438
^^ Nice article. I'm sure AJ will be fine and it probably won't hurt him to be rested. He knows what he's doing out there. I'm sure they're not terribly worried about him missing a little time in camp. I'll say it time and time again. The Texans made a HUGE mistake in keeping training camp in Houston every year. They are almost completely unknown in Central Texas. What would a training camp have done for them marketing wise if they did it once or twice here in Austin or in San Marcos (at SWT where the Oilers used to be) or even in San Antonio? Austin is forced to endure the CBS affiliate splitting time with the Titans during the season. Maybe that would have changed had the locals here had an opportunity to put a face with the team.
Speakinf of splitting time....Does anyone no if cbs in austin is showing the texans or titans or if they are going to split both teams again?
Most likely will split, but they did say that the first game will be the Texans. Also, 1530 am has picked up the Texans, so we'll at least have radio this year.
Agreed. It looks like the logo for an industrial services company rather than the TC logo for a pro football team.
Awww. Now he fixed it. I like it better the other way. That other team, as we all know, is in South Oklahoma.
What the hell is wrong with Ana Megan?! Who would you rather look at and listen to Gifford Neilson?! Your probably one of the ones that was upset when this guy left: http://www.nypost.com/seven/04092008/photos/p6i.jpg Makes me wonder about you guys.
What makes me wonder is why are people buying these? Just put the logo on the shirt and keep it simple man!
