This game should be forfeited. I promise you, it will be embarassing. The road to the draft continues. The Texans should let another NFL team pick their number one.

Well judging from McNair's little attempt to blow sunshine and roses up our collective asses this week, I feel that another pro football lesson is in order here. Perhaps a little 38-3 butt-kicking session with the Patriots will shatter once and for all those rose-colored glasses he and Kubiak appear to be so fond of wearing.

I missed what McNair had to say this week; what was it? And as far as a "38 -3 butt-kicking session," I think it will be much worse. ;) The Patriots will be in a foul mood and playing at home. The Texans have nice uniforms.

Here's the Richard Justice 12/14 column:

Just remember: According to McNair, everything is coming together nicely...

Who in the hell were the seven coaches? Holy crap. Carr can't even lead us over the Raiders. Thank you Ron Dayne.

I'm debating whether or not we even score today so I'm going pre-emptive QB change and calling for Van Pelt right now. Help us Obi-Wan-Van Pelt, you're our only hope. :(

This team until further notice IS a joke! Sick joke at that. We have some decent pieces, a few good pieces that are serviceable and can help compliment significant upgrades via the draft and FA in the offseason.

We are largely hamstrung by the fact our QB is NOT a playmader, capable of helping us overcome bad situations and making winning plays when the game is on the line.

McNair wont publicly admit a mistake because, no matter how we feel this would undermine what they are trying to do with this team. Honesty, I hope they get it right because, we have many areas to beef up and fix.

One thing to consider, in the new era if you make the right moves you can vault up quickly form the ranks of also-ran, pathetic to respectable to even competitive or better.

    Final Analysis

    Cold Weather -7 Texans
    David Carr -4 Texans
    Tom Brady +7 Patriots
    Belechek +7 Patriots
    Meaningless Game +10 Texans

    Patriots 24
    Texans -1

    Forreal . .I think this will be like 24 - 17 Patriots

    Rocket River
Texans Play welled enough to cover the spread

Hey, for what it's worth! Game time! Time to cheer on another loss and get us one step closer to an inevitable top5 draft pick. :D

Now that's funny. An ex-Texan dropping a TD pass from Tom Brady. :D

More yards today... Ron Dayne rushing or Carr passing? Sad but true.
