yeah they did. but I would be surprised if they passed on a qb given the injury simms is coming back from.
Troy Aikman said that only two teams called Jeff Garcia this off season, the Eagles and Texans. I wish he had chosen the Texans.
some 610 ******* caller with a love fest for Carr, blaming the o-line, blaming Andre Johnson and Eric Moulds. I can't believe he still has supporters.
From an organizational standpoint, what I find troubling is that, if you look at the teams that drafted in the bottom 5 this past year, Houston sucks by comparison (so far): 1. Houston: 2-14 --> 4-10 2. New Orleans: 3-13 --> 9-5 (division winner) 3. Tennessee: 4-12 --> 7-7 4. N.Y. Jets: 4-12 --> 8-6 5. Green Bay: 4-12 --> 6-8 6. San Francisco: 4-12 --> 6-8 7. Oakland: 4-12 --> 2-11 (playing right now) 8. Buffalo: 5-11 --> 7-7 9. Detroit: 5-11 --> 2-12 10. Arizona: 5-11 --> 4-9 (playing right now) #2 New Orleans has so far won 6 games over last year's record (and a division title to boot). #3 Tennessee is at freaking .500 right now. #4 Jets are in the playoffs hunt. #5 Green Bay and #6 San Francisco have both improved 2 games over last year's record (and both have won 4 of their last 8 games). Sure, so far, Houston has doubled its wins this year, but c'mon, how hard is that when you're going from 2 wins to 4? We've won 2 of our last 8 games.
I was a big advocate of Carr and thought he could start being better with a better team around him and a line and all that stuff. Supported him every day and every game until this one. This game closed my support and giv ing him a chance to succeed. He showed no heart and basically quit. The team around him has no desire to play for him so we are basically done this season.
I just hope Carr doesn't play the game of his life against the Browns to screw up our draft position. We need that loss!
OK which one of you guys sold his soul to the devil to get a NFL team back here in Houston? The prince of darkness is clearly laughing his ass off somewhere in hell right now
