I hope McNair REALLY lets Kubiak choose his players this next draft, as the draft was awesome with the exception of the first pick (which was Dan Reeves, Charlie Casserly and Bob McNair's pick).

Kubiak will get him a REAL QB next season and we will see what he can do with a young energized QB as opposed to a beat up, gunshy, happy feet Carr.
