I Watch so I can see CJ Stroud. Maybe adjust your expectations because we’re not doing anything special this year. It’s going to take time but we still have an exciting team with lots of talent
Desmond Ridder has been bad since a couple weeks ago and he got benched today. He torched the Texans. They aren’t doing anything this season. At least they won’t be in last place. I think….
Poorly played game by the Texans. Blocking was awful. Bring back the reserves. Play calling was dumb. Execution just as bad. A complete dud.
I'm Stroud, I'm going into Slow's office and telling him, "don't embarrass me again." But you know Demeco was loving this game. Sending 4 only worked twice, 1x in the first half and in that 4th qtr sack.
They did their job for what they are yes. They had some bad penalties down the stretch to seal the deal for the FG which hurt. This is a bad loss though.
I think Stroud wishes he played better. I just don’t blame him for having an OC that treats him like he isn’t good. If the Texans want to run the ball that bad, just trade CJ for Saquon and get it over with. Of course I kid, but the OC clearly feels that the running game is more important than passing. My other issue, is that when he does pass…. He constantly does it out of shotgun sets despite having the best PA passer from under center in the league….. even his PA out of shotgun had CJ running to the naked side of the field…. To me, it’s either stubbornness, or he’s just trying to be too smart. This isn’t acceptable and Texans fans need to put some heat on this coaching staff.
Losses like this one to the Panthers and the one to the Falcons a few weeks ago are annoying. All the Texans needed was a halfway competent gameplan and playcalling from Slowik, and they probably win this game by 14+ points.

Bobby Slowik needs to be sent back to San Francisco. How the F you only score 13 points against Carolina with CJ at QB. Man get the F out this city. Tired of this bs!
This is the final indictment on the run game. The Panthers run defense is god awful. And yet they still couldn’t run despite forcing it. Slowik needs to stop being a clown and make an adjustment. You have a really really good QB. Let him cook.
