If it doesn't work, its the play-calling.

If it works, its the players.

Combination of bad execution and play calling so far.

Not scared of the Panthers offense. Another three and out probably.

why is everyone b****ing about the playcalling? Did you expect the RB to go 50 yards downfield in 3 seconds?

Or is it more likely that the WRs were running real routes, the RB was the checkdown, and Mallett shouldn't have thrown it to him if he was covered up?

Come on. Doesn't make any sense

Mallet screwed that 4th down play. If he read everyone with the protection and time he was given, instead of doing a rushed check, there were guys wide open as the play was designed.

And he was given the chance...

Nice play by the rookie...feels like an interception is imminent.

defense is holding up..one more play...

but hoping mallett settles in..i think it's nerves...he'll adjust soon..

let's put the blame on receivers also...don't write mallett off yet..

Carolina is a bad team. Not sure just how good or bad the Texans are but this seems like a game they need to take advantage of.

Most CBs would have trouble keeping up with Ted Ginn. Good thing he has no hands.

Mallet's passes are inaccurate as ***. I hope it's just him trying to settle down.

Hard to say they are inaccurate when he is hitting receivers in the hands
