That's the second time Schaub has forced his receiver to jump wildly for a pass when they're wide open over the middle... not that it contributed to this fumble, but he's increasing the probability of them getting absolutely flattened on those crossing routes. Steve Smith and the Panthers are playing like this is a video game.
If your knee hits the ground at the exact same time the ball comes out then the ground caused the fumble.
