Someone needs to tell the announcer how to properly say Faggins.

Ugh ... not a good start, but I still believe this team can do it today. Last year I would've thought it was over already.

Faggins shouldnt be an NFL starting CB, let alone defending one of the best WRs one on one.

Horrible defense to start the game.

That first drive may have been the only chance to not get behind the 8 ball this game... Steve Smith found his yummy bear, and look for the Panthers to either milk that, or go to the running game .

    A fumble? Gah!

he looked like his knee was down first to me, but I am watching on a Slingbox, so I think I'll go with the announcer who said it was out.

Faggins was there... but it was Smith who actually tipped the ball up, and made the adjustment to catch it. The guy is basically doing whatever he wants out there as long as he'll be single-teamed.

If anything, it was a terrrible throw by Delhome... a good DB would have at least attempted to pick that off.

it is because the texans have this dumb philosophy, where the cornerbacks defend their Left or Right side of the field, regardless the matchup. :(

Faggins was defending the far side when Smith made his first catch and then defended the near side on Delomme's incompletion that was also aimed at Smith.
