anyway... great game to watch. I'm loving this season. I didn't quite have the tears of surprise/happiness this time to see an offense, cause this time around I was expecting it! When we went down 14, it sucked...but I knew there was still a good chance at a comeback. It's nice to have that feeling. It's all starting with much improved O line and D line play I think.. couldn't be successful without it. The other guys surely help. And man, Demeco is more of a beast this year than last! The only thing that sucks so far about this year is that I didn't make any bets online because I decided I wasn't gonna get back into it since it's deifnitely illegal to sports bet on there.. but I was gonna put a huge chunk down on the Texans over 6.5 wins!
They proved that they are a new team under Kubiak and with Schaub as QB. Coming back from 14-0 on the road and winning is a huge corner this team has turned. Dare I say it...they'll be a wild card team this year. A very impressive performance by the Texans.
What is that look on his face. . . I have never seen it on a Texans' QB before WAIT!! I got it. . . . He looks. . .calm? . . is that CALM???? Rocket River
Can you put them on youtube? NFL.com has a good recap of the game, but it only includes scoring plays. http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d80263c00
if the texans keep whipping butt we're going to have a lot of turncoats from the past coming back to hop on the bandwagon i say welcome im tired of slings and arrows.. join hands and sing
On the way home tonight, I heard the ya-hoo's on one of those national shows on 610 leading off after a commercial break with the call of the fumble recovery for the TD. At first I thought it was a local show, but it was the national guys. They started talking about how they are jumping on the Texans bandwagon, we're for real, probably going to make some noise in the playoffs this year, etc. Nice to have a little national respect for the first time since...... well, since..... EVER?
http://proxy.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnation/polling?event_id=3153 ESPN Poll. One of the question is "Which is the most surprising 2-0 team." Texans are leading with over 50% of the vote. 2nd place are the Lions. LOL.
Do You have AOL Instant Messenger? My highlight video is 28 minutes long. If I put it on Youtube, you wouldn't be able to make out nothing. Is there a way you can download AOL Instant Messenger, send me a message, and I'll send you the video and it'll be saved on your PC. This goes for everyone as well. Send me an Instant Message and I'll send you the video. GREAT QUALITY.
it would be easier to set up a torrent. if you dont know how ask someone... (im not exactly sure myself)
OK. So guys, you PC nerds, how do I set up a torrent for you to download? Video is copying to my PC right now so I don't know the exact size. But just give me the steps and I'll have it up for you to download tonight. Thanks.
13-3...gonna go 7-0...i'm on record as of preseason week 4...2 down and 5 to go. I guess i'm still in fantasyland though...woo go Texans!
we should probably wait until we get news on andre before getting too excited. the way the lines manhandled carolina will give us a chance every week, but i don't know how well we can sustain missing our biggest weapon. i hope he's ok.
A torrent would probably be ideal, but I don't know how to set one up. Maybe someone else here can help you with that option. Alternatives are to try uploading the file to one of these sites, then pasting the link here once it's done: http://uploadhosted.filefront.com/ http://www.yousendit.com These hosting sites may have file size limits, not sure...
On FSN Texans wrap just now, they alluded in a pre-commercial break teaser that Andre is okay. I missed the ensuing segment where they actually gave details, though. Anyone else catch it? Recap?
I hate to say it was as simple as getting rid of Carr, but the last time I can recall the replacement of one player by another player having a bigger impact on a pro sports team was the Suns getting rid of Marbury and getting Steve Nash...
