What fantasy world do you live in Derek Carr didn't look like he sucked as a rookie. He had almost a 2:1 TD to INT ratio. Derek Carr was a real rookie, not in his FIFTH season like Osweiler. Hopkins isn't just having a bad year... he has checked out. He sees who his OC is and who his QB is.
