Carr ain't coming here. Too bad because I'd love to sign him and trade back from 2 for more draft capital, but I don't see that happening. My guess is Jimmy G next season, which is not at all exciting, but perfectly serviceable under the circumstances. I'd still trade back if a good offer comes around.
Tell me how I'm doing... using spotrac... Cap space: 37 million total Cut: Kirksey, Addison, Britt Trade Tunsil to Bears for 2024 #1 New Cap Space: 67.3 million Sign: Derek Carr 2x70 (50 guaranteed) Daron Payne (DT) 4x80 Connor McGovern (C) 4x50 2raft Carter or Anderson 12: Draft Mayer, Addison, or Johnston 34: Draft OT Freeland, Bergeron, D Jones 66: Draft RB Achane, McBride, R Johnson, etc. Have cheaper LT of future. Fixed center. Plugged run stopper at tackle. Possibly added elite pass rusher in Anderson. Added elite pass catching weapon and relief for Pearce. QB play is competent with short term money. 3 firsts in 2024 set us up for qb pick and Carr in expiring deal. Carr with Addison, Cooks, Metchie, Nico, Pearce, and another back gives him some weapons. Should score a lot more...
Mulugheta is a menace. Texans might want to think long and hard about whether they want to deal with him for high priced clients such as Stroud in 3-4 years if he pans out.
I posted the numbers for Stroud. Those "bad" games are good, you are just struggling to rag on Stroud. LOL. Again, u are hopeless.
Maye didn't put up the same numbers against the SEC, lost the Georgia Tech...BADLY, didn't face Georgia in a playoff game...in which he sliced and diced the Georgia defense. Georgia Tech...LOL. When Maye faced Clemson (in a down year), he was EASILY pacified by the Tigers.
Stroud didn’t face any SEC defenses outside of one game. The other teams he faced that were quality he did not perform good at all. Michigan made him look way overrated. The same Michigan team that Duggan beat. Ohio St and Bama for that matter, had an easy schedule in conference and out. Your bias is ridiculous. Stroud is not good
