Sad. RIP. https://www.houstonchronicle.com/te...xans-nfl-player-dead-obit-injury-18170834.php Cedric Killings, whose NFL career was ended when he suffered a fractured vertebra as a member of the Texans kick return team in 2007, died from pancreatic cancer at the age of 45 last week. Killings played for San Francisco, Carolina and Washington before being picked up by the Texans in the middle of the 2006 season. The 6-foot-3, 310-pound defensive tackle played four games for the Texans that year, but was released in training camp in 2007. At the time, coach Gary Kubiak said Killings was "one of the toughest players I've ever had to cut," and the team re-signed him two weeks later. In Killings' second game of the year, he collided with Colts receiver Roy Hall on a kickoff return and fractured his C-4 veterbra. Killings lost all feeling in his arms and legs and had to be taken off the field on a stretcher. He regained feeling and movement hours later, but never returned to football.
Steven Nelson posted this about Caserio and quickly deleted it. Nelson also recently changed his agent to Texan's favorite David Mulugheta.
I smell a trade or release. That's about as stupid as you can be, using social media to comment on work issues and bosses is career suicide.
It does seem like a Brandon Cooks situation with toxicity in the locker room. I would think Ryans may want him out. athletes seem so entitled. You signed a contract so fulfill it.
