If the Texans are going to kick tires on receivers - and they should - my first two calls would be to the Broncos to see where they are with their group of young receivers and Atlanta to see if they're willing to movie Pitts, which is possible, given how little they used him last year. Next, I'd call Cincinnati and remind them they can't afford Burrow + Chase and Tee Higgins. Other names I'd explore: Cooper Kupp (if the Rams are tear-down mode) & Josh Palmer (might be had after LA drafted Johnston). In terms of veterans possibly available: I'd take Evans first - due to contract; then Hopkins, then Adams, whose contract is ridiculous. I don't know Hopkins' contract off the top of my head - but if it's not onerous, he'd be a terrific option for Stroud.
