Herbert is better how? Watson's best years included those where he made the Playoffs (unlike Herbert) and where he had a better QB Rating. There is no statistical argument or "winning" argument that favors Herbert.

Herbert’s best season he failed to make the playoffs even though it’s easier now than it has ever been.

 

Herbert has been in the league 2 years.
There isn’t a GM or personnel guy in the league that would trade Herbert for Watson.
