Caserio on 610 with Payne and Pendergast. He’s talking about the draft and a lot of their processes. I’m sure there is a lot of fluff and sounding better than it is, but man does it sound so much better and more legitimate than BOB just trying to sound like the smartest man in the room. I’m definitely excited to give caserio the benefit of the doubt and trust his process
Yes I was enjoying the interview- it showed a bit of the combination of analytical process as well as subjective scouting which intrigued me - Caserio usually comes across very well but did so especially I think in this morning’s interview bit

This is random but I really appreciate how Lovie calls the players; players, men or guys. It used to really irritate me when Billy would call grown ass men kids. I could understand using that for rookies but he once said it in reference to Dre and it just rubbed me the wrong way
Sure would be nice if the $20 million LT could show up for OTA. I get its voluntary but after quitting on the Texans last season its the least he could do.
Those fools traded for him without securing a contract extension, vastly overpaid him while he served as his own agent and then negotiated for him to skip practices in-season. No wonder he is entitled. You reap what you sow.
