OC got to get his head out his ass also , once CJ started getting a lot of praise.. he’s called some of his worse games… and tried to prove he’s the reason (Carolina he got cute and tried to push the running game)

This game reminded us of how many holes need to be filled in the off season. Being 7-6 during a rebuild is still pretty good.

    Agree with the scheming.

4.4 ypc on a **** field in **** weather is something you lean on, especially when your pass blocking is a disaster and your WRs can't get separation. That's how you open up the offense. 17 carries is ridiculous.

eta: 4.4 ypc would put you in the top-10 in the NFL

Clown a$$ defense gave up 30 points in one half to the Jets. That's just pure trash.

Also reminded us the Texans have a rookie coaching staff.

Yep, said it at half, this is the one game where we should have spammed the run and didn't.

Ah well, on to the next one, hope Stroud's concussion is a minor one but I'm expecting Mills for next week.

Not me. I want to see "swish my hair" Lawrence throw another pick, then throw a pissy fit.

The passing game clearly wasn't working today which allowed the Jets to crowd the line of scrimmage and tee off on Stroud. Stroud was forced to hold onto the ball far too long looking for a receiver to get open. It is what it is.

Crossing my fingers Stroud's concussion isn't too serious. We need him back next week.

Yeah. Kinda feels like the division is out of reach now, even though it's technically not.

    Pregame B-Bob:

There I was, offering y'all free money again, LOL. Over/under was 33, and of course, we handed them late field goals to get the total to 36.

This game honestly reminded me of the comedy hate-watching of recent seasons past.

Yep. Slowick keeps doing the opposite of what's working and not adjusting. Forever it was run on first for 0 yards. Today it was throw on first for 0 yards all game.
For the first time in weeks I was begging for first down runs.

This right here is was bothers me about today. You telling me the gulf between our D and one of the worst offenses in the league this year is 3+ TDs? Demeco got out coached hard today.
