was happy to see us open in 5 wides. Wasn't very happy to see Turk punt like a wuss again. Defense held them to 3, that's about as good as we could've expected given the terrible field position.

******* this special teams is absolutely pathetic. 2 returns by Jacoby for next to nothing, an absolute abysmal punt by Turk (who is showing week by week that he is the worst punter in the NFL), and shoddy punt return coverage leading to a big return for the Jets.

 

We could use a big day from Foster today, before they crank up that pass rush and Schaub starts flaking out.

 

Do we have any plays on Kickoffs? It looks like JJ and Slaton just run into opponents. It never looks like they follow blocks. Full force into the defense.

Great play by Sanchez! Pressure was all over him, but the blitz was just too late! Ever notice how our blitz is always a little late, or gets jammed up at the line. Wish we did things like the Jets do, like blitzing 2-3 players off one side of the Offensive line!

 

I hope we address our weakness through free agents this time and not only the draft.. sign a vet CB and DT..
