It still is for me, and man oh man does it hurt good. But I'll keep running back to him, I know he's no good for me, but I don't know anything else.

I don't know what Houston did to anger the Football Gods, but I wish they would let up on us. I am completely numb to the NFL right now.

When the Jets got the ball the whole time I was thinking was they better be playing zone so some stupid DB doesn't fall down and give up a 70 yard touchdown. Do we EVER play freaking zone? Why do you keep playing man to man when you can't play man to man? If Bush isn't gone then it's time to start questioning McNair's judgement.

As for the whole playing conservative vs aggressive argument, the Texans don't even know when to do which. Aggressive playcalling is what cost the game last week.

Oh well, another loss means the rope is tightening around neck of Kubiak of co. We'll be lucky to reach 8-8 at this point.

you see matt schaub on the side line laughing and feeling at ease when there was 45 seconds left and the jets had the last possession before they score? that's the problem with them, they thought they already won the game even though last week a team just beat us on a hail mary......

I can't watch the game, so I was following it on the Yahoo Game Channel. I was IM'ing a buddy that the Texans look like they're going to beat a team they shouldn't be able to. "They're up by 4 with only 55 seconds left!".... then I'm watching some highlights on the Cowboys game and I look over... 30-27 Jets... I just started laughing my ass off.

We have our new CHOKE CITY.

If the Texans had not comeback and gotten the lead I would be completely unfazed by the loss, but to tease like this, get my hopes up and then hit me with another epic chokejob, this is torture.

oh and not only does kubiak and bush need to go..but the gm and the whole scouting department too.. when you have wasted picks (recently) of Okoye, Cushing (no more roids = finished), and Kareem Jackson (who couldve arguably been there in round 2) you cant really defend that.. I would say blow the whole thing up and rebuild from scratch because by the time the defense is any good, AJ and Schaub will have retired...

After 2nd down, I said that they should run it 2 more time. If you kick a FG, they need a TD. They'll probably get the ball around they 30 (they got it at the 28) then they have to go 70 for a TD. If you go for it on 4th and don't make it, they'll still have to go about 70 to get in FG range.

So either way, they have to go about the same distance to put themselves in a position to win the game. Only if you go for it on 4th down (and call all previous plays with that in mind), then maybe you score a TD and put the game out of reach.

It's probably not the textbook thing to do, but that's what I would've done. And that isn't based on hindsight, I said I'd go for it in the thread.

We play zone all the time, our zone is even worse than our man coverage.

I've never said this and meant it, but i think our entire secondary needs to go, scrap the whole thing.

Bush is gone for sure. Kubiak 50-50 at this point.

Might as well start discussing who would be the best candidate to rebuild this defense...

He was probably laughing in a crazy, hysterical type manner knowing that 4 point lead wasn't going to hold up
