Well, another ****ty loss to cap off another ****ty week in houston sports. Sometimes I wonder why I still bother.
The Jets had used their last timeout. The game clock wasn't moving. We really only had one play to run the clock down and that was on 4th down, before the FG.
did cushing seem less aggressive against his former teammate? There was that one play where he tried tipping him over with his fingertips rather than knocking him over...i dont think it would have been a late hit at all...
All of you saying that the Texans should have thrown the ball trying to get a TD at the end are the same ones that would be b****ing when we threw an incompletion and gave the Jets more time to go down and score a TD. Running the ball was the right call ... The way the defense played at the end was the real mistake as usual.
Ya, I'm sort of the same way. But I didn't yelling a couple of "are you fing kidding me...of course.... of course Texans...."
I am not watching this **** team play anymore until we upgrade our secondary, I am sick of our defense throwing away games
No one said we had to throw it. You could tell every run play the touchdown was secondary. They were happy to run out the clock instead of going for the end zone.
When they played for the field goal instead of the touchdown I knew that is the conservative "play it safe" coaching approach that loses more than wins. With the Jets with the ball and less than a minute, I was thinking, I wonder how they are going to lose this game, because that is what they do. Didn't take long for the answer. I will stand by my prediction; they will not win another game this season, not even the Denver game.
