Kubiak should take lessons from what the Broncos did last yr. They knew Plummer sucked and they drafted a young stud QB and now Cutler is gonna take over. The Texans are never going anywhere with David Carr as QB. This was going to be an awful season anyway, there was really no excuse not to draft Vince Young. I hope we don't blow it with Brady Quinn or Troy Smith.
You don't see Kubiak all ranting and raging on the sidelines... and you don't see him warming up Sage. This all points to a guy who was just OWNED by another coach in preparing against a defense. Mangini was ready for our "offense".
In our dreams. Carr obviously should not be viewed as the QB of the future of this team, and Sage Rosenfels is not the answer, there is a reason he is a career back up and not a starter in this league. They need to draft a QB, et him sit for a yr behind Rosenfels.
This team has 6 good players, the rest could be replaced. Andre, Owen Daniels, Moulds, Dunta, Mario and DeMeco. That's it. This team has very little talent and a bad QB.
And they added 4 of those 6 good players just this past year... what does that say about the guys that built this team from scratch 5 years ago?
The 49ers were a playoff team in 02, when we started building our team, they started building after we did, and have already gotten back to winning. The Jags were terrible when we came in and are already winning. I've had enough of this losing. This is worse than the Bengals, Chargers, Clippers of old.
No argument here... add the Panthers as a team that was good, horrible, and now good again since we started. They've wasted 5 years, and are only now starting to make the type of moves to BUILD a football team. Kubiak may not ultimately be the right guy etiher.
