Deep go routes don't result in pick 6's very often at all. They result in incompletions or catches. There's little chance your 3rd string QB is going to put together an 80 yard drive very often at all. The odds of him hitting a deep pass once in a while are much better.

Who said deep? Just throw some medium passes, got to keep the defense honest, being one dimensional will cost you games.

Our defense is outstanding....they only scored 6 points on offense.....

But our O needs work, Foster and Tate need some space, it is like watching UT play right now, 8 and 9 men in the box and a coach afraid to throw it.

Favre is the best option at this point. I don't believe in TJ Yates, sorry.

That was more than five minutes ago, you can't expect Dada to remember what he posted more than five minutes ago.

Maybe that 24 yard completion to AJ that was called back because of a push off.

We put up 20 points against one of the best defenses in the league on the road with a 2nd and 3rd string rookie QB. Foster had a terrible game. Our Offense was called fine.

Win is a win. Make no mistake, Jags have a plus D. Woulda been a tough one no matter the QB. Hope Vickers comes back soon. Time to get to work.

I'm thinking the Texans bring in a vet QB, but who?

Even non rookies can fare pretty damn badly with limited practice... Yates could have replicated Carson Palmer's debut this year, and that WOULD have lost us this game.

Things are different when you have a lead and the running game potential/defense this team has. They need to get Yates some practice reps with the first team, install a game plan for him, and get Vickers back to get the running game to elite level again.

It felt like 2003 when ragone would go in for david carr. I blame this on the freaking idiot, bill belichick. He couldn't wait another week to cut that fat b*stard or just keep him on the bench!

    ^he mad.

It's time to run the thor package.

I did, hated the Wade hire too, that said I liked the gameplan with your rookie third string QB who's seen zero game action, hell he probably got little to no practice time; but what the hell let's see him throw a 20 yard out route!!!!

    dolts!

A win is a win, but man, the future feels bleak right now......

No Schaub, no Lienart....a rookie QB......

I thought we had a SB shot this year.....dang....
