Is it Sunday yet!? Let's get this thing started. Can't wait to see how Lienart does. I will tell you after one series how the season will end. Stay tuned.
That was awesome, but um...? , yea...he kinda went David Blaine in front of us- I didn't know what was going on
The guy seems crazy, but I love that. Makes it entertaining. I watch it every time it's him. Otherwise normally, I could careless about the weather (especially when it's a home game).
Let's not get confused with short term gains versus long term goals. It's more important to be the #1 seed after week 17 than it is after week 12. The Texans do not control their own destiny for the top spot. They have to finish with a better record than the Ravens and Patriots in order to secure the top seed. We still want the Patriots to lose on Sunday. If the Pats lose and the Texans win then Houston has the #2 seed. Even though it's not the #1 seed, we will be in a much better position. The reason is that NE hasn't played as many conference games as the Texans. Eventually that will even out as all teams play the same number of conference games. I'm no Vince Young fan, but I'm hoping he's got one more magic game in him this Sunday.
The point spread has really moved the last couple of days. It was hovering around -3 but now it's at -6.5. I'm guessing that the reason is because half of the Jaguars defensive starters won't be playing in the game.

Same as last year without Garrard and MJD. Now it's Knighton, Session, and Mathis. JDR really likes to give the Texans some softballs.
New England's got a very cushy schedule the rest of the way. Baltimore only has a couple games left that could possibly trip them up. ..and then there's Pittsburgh right with them, who only have SF and Cin to worry about. It'll be tough for us to leapfrog anyone - I think the #3 seed is our most likely berth. But, if we are locked in as the #3 after week 16 and have clinched the division, we'll still get a pseudo bye week resting our stars/starters at home.
What a year so far. We've lost AJ for 6(?) games, Mario out for the year. Schaub out for the year. Manning was out for a stint and had surgery, Arian had that hammy to start it off. And Tate. And here were stand at 7-3 leading our division. As if we didn't have enough excitement / anxiety with this winning season.
Back in Houston for the weekend and looking forward to going out tomorrow afternoon to watch the game. Really excited to see how the offense looks under Leinart. Texans - 27 Jags - 10
Yep, adds another round of excitement. Not that I needed to be any more excited. Can't wait to BBQ and watch the game tomorrow.
A Texans win would be the cherry on the top of an exciting Thanksgiving Weekend. Cougars won on Friday, Horns beat the Aggies and the NBA Lockout ended today! Texans win would make my weekend!
They lost to the Jaguars, Titans, and Seahawks. Apparently all you really need to beat the Ravens is a different logo at midfield.
I think it's non-divisional road games. That, and to make Cam Cameron think that going pass happy is a good way for his offense to win games.
Tick tock tick tock. Not sure Leinart's transition into his new role will be seemless, I'm hopeful. Texans win 26-16
