Bobblehead, you're funny, man. :) Keep doing it... :) I enjoy your HUGE FONT mocking of the broadcasting team... :)
I was kiddin' about that. But you can't disagree that Sage drove the team much better than Schaub. SAGE needs a shot. He got hurt last time... we didn't get to see his potential... he needs a chance.

Oh come on. I can definitely say that Schaub, who has played well all season, doesn't deserve to be benched.

The same thing happened with Sage last season... he comes in when the Titans have a gigantic lead, does well against a prevent defense, and everyone goes nuts. The Jags aren't playing anywhere close to the same defense leading 37-9 that they're playing when the game was on the line. They're playing backups in a prevent defense. It's like going from playing the Patriots to the Dolphins... the competition has to be considered.

Sage went down the field easier because the Jags defense was probably mailing it in at that point and because the Texans stopped running the ball so damn much.

Schaub was just as effective in the 1st quarter, except when they got into the red zone and started running again for no gains.

They should give Carr another shot.

    You make me smile, Swoly.

that was absolutely classic. he kept saying that and my seven year old said, "dad, we still got the first down, right?"

they missed the context of it entirely.

STEAM? No steam... what happens when you cook greens over a low heat? You simmer them... simmer down now...

    Red Zone Scores this year:
    6 TD, 11 FG

For comparison, we have 3 TD's from outside the red zone and 3 more by other means (Mathis return, Mario fumble return, Carolina kickoff fumble).

I just wanted to smash my TV when the broadcasts dumbass kept saying, body shots, body shots. Shut the F*** up. How are JAGS giving us a body shot when our own f****** cornerback is puffing up penalties on 4th down situations.

    I BLAME THE COACHES
Coaches need to discipline these players better about penalties and on stupid turnovers.

You know....before today I didn't have the same amount of hatred for the Jags as I do for the Titans.

Well, I hate the Jags too now.

Oh well 3-3. Gotta take it but if they don't get a running game going soon its going to be a very long season.

The Jagoffs were averaging 16 ppg and had a season high of 23 and they just posted 37 on us. :(

    This one's on Kubiak IMO...

    1. To not see any type of improvement on the rush offense and defense is just ridiculous, especially considering how horrible it was last week. Jones-Drew and Taylor had their best outing of the season, Ronnie Brown did likewise last week.

    2. An empty backfield set on 3rd and goal on the 2 yard line? If you can't punch the ball 2-3 yards into the endzone, you don't deserve to win games. Our Red Zone scoring % is downright horrible. I guess this is where the lack of a running game kills us. But the set we came out with was just bad.

Just for the record, I like Kubiak and think he's done a good job for the most part. But I honestly think his decision making has gotten worse and worse. Obviously injuries have hurt us and fumbling the ball into the endzone isn't his fault. But to lose to the Falcons, almost lose to 0-6 Miami at home, and get our asses handed to us by division rivals is horrible. Especially considering that Harrington, Ronnie Brown, Jones-Drew/Taylor all had their best games against us.
