    And the refs continued to miss penalties on the home team.

    For example, in the 4th quarter, a blatant delay of game penalty was not called.

    And no, I wouldn't say this 'cuz it's the Texans, it's everywhere.

    The running game still sucks. Even when the JAX defense should be expecting the pass and Green in the game, we can't get any yards.

    It only stops within 2 minutes of the end of 2nd quarter or 4th
