What is the latest on Green's status for the game?

Green said he wants to go but there is no offical word on that. With Dayne coming back, I wouldn't mind Ahman sitting this one out if his knee isn't 100 percent.

Green has played through injuries his whole career. I wouldn't mind him taking this week off either if we have Dayne back.

Will Lundy be up from the practice squad and playing this week? Maybe getting beat out by Gado has lit a fire in his belly and he'll have something to prove.

Heard on the radio that Deangelo Hall got his ass kicked by a teammate in the locker room after the game for what he did. He was also mouthing off pretty bad to the coach.

Any one know if this is true?

Heard the same thing. It's looking more and more likely that he'll be suspended for this game...which is good news for the Texans. They don't have much in the way of corners behind Hall. Hall was completely shutting Steve Smith down until the meltdown.

That's fine. We're still a much better team. I can't wait to see the standing ovation Matt Schaub is going to get if/when he's announced. it's going to be hilarious.

It's kinda crazy how much better we have gotten (or how much worse the Falcons have gotten) in that we are still 6 point favorites with all the injuries on the road.

We better come out and be ready to play, even though the Falcons are terrible...any team can come out and put one over your head (i.e. Texans-Colts last season).

I realized how weird it felt to post that after I did. I was thinking to myself, "Did I just say the Houston Texans are much better than _______?"

No! The Texans had no chance of beating the Colts playing their own game (passing).

Ron Dayne, and a lesser extent Ahman Green, were more important to the offensive game plan than Dre.

AJ would have torn that Colts defense a new corn hole.

Maybe, but AJ on the field is a threat that has to be accounted for...especially with a competent QB. He would have made a difference. That safety that was playing the run would have had to stay back more, opening up more running lanes. I agree it still could have been a different game with Green and/or Dayne. It's just nice to know that the opportunity to win was there even with the amount of injuries that were suffered...

Yeah I think it will be close too, I'd like to the pick the Texans to win this, but one to many injuries and Atlanta has played well at home.

    Texans 14
    Falcons 20

Weird punishment...but I think this is actually worse for the Texans. You know he'll be pissed off coming back into the game...but that could also lead to mistakes as well.

Lundy was cut and was not eligible for the practice squad.

They played one home game in which they lost by 7 to a team we beat on the road by 13. They're averaging 10 points a game which puts them in the bottom 3 of the league.

I know this has been discussed before, but are you sure you're not a troll?
