The Texans need to contain Vick as much as possible. If he runs don't let him go to his left. Vick is deadly when he goes left. He's less effective when he runs to the right. Maybe keep Mario on that one side to force him to the right.

I wish the Texans would consider opening up the playbook. This is one of those games where a trick play or two might be the difference. Try a fake punt or a flea flicker. If they don't won't, no big deal, they weren't supposed to win anyway.

I think this game in winnable for the Texans, but winning two in a row against the Eagles and Ravens probably isn't realistic. AJ gets at least one td tonight and the d contains Vick just enough. Texans 27 Eagles 24

 

Wow my RA at UH just told us we have a floor meeting tonight...at 7:30 That blows! im gonna miss some of the texans and the boo-fest that will be Bron-Bron's return to Cleveland..

Hahaha! You should see some of the stuff I have been getting on Facebook from family down there. I'm not overlooking the Texans though and do not feel good enough about my team to brag that they'll put the hammer down on Houston. We'll see in several hours. :grin:

 

Nothing like 10 days off between these 2 games, though. Feels strange that the Texans are playing "national" tv games in consecutive weeks. It's almost like people outside of Houston will know they exist.

(I put national in "" because NFL network isn't entirely a national network. Stupid Time Warner!)

 

As my uncle in Delaware will tell me, Andy Reid will find a way to f*** it up.

I am trying to find out as well Ch. 13's site doesn't show it being on but someone told me that even though nationally it's on NFL NW, the game will be shown locally.... somewhere, anyone know for sure?

But I have heard that it is being simulcast on Channel 39 in Houston as well.
