This is the most absurd thing I've ever read.

How many mistakes did the offense make?

How many mistakes did the defense make?

You don't put the blame on the offense, when they put up 390 yards and 24 pts, when the defense gives up 34 pts and 420 yards.

We probably have the worst return game in the NFL....

I understand that. The Defense sucked
but Situational failures by the offense ain't helping them.

If there is a defender at ANY position on the board, they should take them over a quarterback. Running back and quarterback are the only positions that should not be looked into for the draft, there are way too many holes on this team to waste a draft pick on a position that is fine.

The 3rd was probably the short arm pass to Kevin Walters for a potential 1st down.

Like you, Schaub's fumble wasn't a deal breaker. He made 2 huge mistakes, but his overall play was above average.

obviously, but the offense should not have to play perfect every game for them to have a chance at winning.

After the Eagles scored to take the lead again the Texans had the ball and Schaub failed to pickup the 3rd down conversion when he had Walter open or he could have ran for it...I know he is slow but could have made it.

Fumble wasn't meaningless, AJ got you to mid field, 20 or 25 more yards and you can try for a field goal then onside kick...still life.

Defense was horrible, has been all year long.

Of course they aren't blameless. After all, they weren't perfect and that is what they have to be to overcome our defense.

Texans just up to their usual ways. Make it now 4 years in a row: 5-7 after 13 weeks.

I hoped for a win but did not expect one
[I was kewl with AJ being suspended for this one for that reason]

The Texans made it interesting and played hard

I think 10 days to be read for Balitmore will be good

there is no way Schaub was gonna make the first down running it. Ernie Sims was only yards away and closing, Schaub did the right thing, just threw a ****ty pass.

Season on the line, he NEEDS to make that pass...big time QBs make it all the time.

NOT BLAMING HIM FOR THE LOSS but he made some CRUCIAL MISTAKES.

    says who? you?

the defense was TERRIBLE, as usual. but the offense was completely inept when it mattered most and schaub/kubiak/et al made some inexcusable mistakes when they NEEDED to step up.

Sorry Texans fans, Mike Vick is just too good.

You guys got talent, you just need a defense.
