Wish I could get down to Reliant. but I feel like cr@p. So, I've been watching NFL Network all day. Personally, I wish one of the CBs (preferably McCourty) would fall to 20 or Matthews would get taken early, because CB/Gerhart, Tate, or Best would be my ideal top 2 picks. I just think with Gerhart you're getting the pile mover you need to pair off with Slaton while not giving up much to Matthews in the way of speed. I can't believe in the NFLN mock Mariucci had us take the Odrick kid out of Penn St. with Matthews still on the board. And McShay is floating the rumor that we're trying to move up to 10 to get Spiller? If that's the case Slaton's injury must be more serious than expected.
I'm certainly not an NFL scouting expert, but what I've seen of Ben Tate, he looks like he would fit in very nicely as a feature back with the Texans. He runs the ball and physically looks to me like Chester Taylor.
Yup from things I read recently, a lot of people think Tebow will sneak near the end of the first round which I find crazy to spend a number one pick one someone who won't be ready for years, if even that.
Irrelevant now, I haven't seen anyone else take Wilson besides San Fran and Atlanta from here on out.
