what was Jerry Jones doing on the sidelines in the first place? i don't ever remember an owner being on the field prior to the end of a game.

I think he always comes down to the sideline during the 4th quarter....after all those cocktails in the owners box kick in. ;)

Not sure if he still does it with Parcells coaching though.

Here is why we can win

The sugar sweet...clean living Captain Hairdo....aka David Carr, is actually gonna watch some film this week...instead of leaving early to spend time with his wife and kids the way he does every other week. Cause he knows no matter how piss poor his OL is....we aren't giving him another 4 year free pass unless he at least beats the Brokebacks.

He is gonna look Tons sharper.....and the team is gonna move the ball.

Then next week back to normal.

    Head: Texans 840, Cowboys 3
    Heart: Texans 5.36 x 10^23, Cowboys 0

The way I see it, this is a must-win game for the Texans. Anytime Dallas defeats Houston in any sporting endeavor, it results in a small tear in the space-time continuum. (I saw it on the Discovery Channel once.) If enough holes are formed, all existence as we know it will vanish in a blink of the eye. Thus, the Texans must win this game, not just for the city of Houston, but for the entire universe as well.

Save the universe, guys. Don't let me down.

I love that picture of Walker giving it to ole' Leatherface. The Cowboys have a lot going for them. I really like their running game, the defense is solid and Parcells is one of the best in the business. They just have a couple of problems: their city, their fans and The Cancer that is T.O. They can't do anything about the first two items. Dallas will continue to be a vile, plastic city built on lies, social intolerance and fake boobs. The pig ignorance of their fanbase is a given. To see them turn themselves in knots trying to defend him has been great. Nothing is sacred to them. I have a feeling that they would support somebody who spat in Tom Landry's face as long as he worked for the Cowboys...oh wait, they already do that with Jerry Jones. Screw him and screw the Cowboys.

    Texans 24
    Cowboys 17

    And there goes the universe.

The cowboys have a better team. Do the texans have the personel to exploit their weeknesses? I don't think so this year.

At my house we are wearing a combo of Texans and Cowboys gear and hoping no one gets hurt.

Man I can't wait for this ... Finally the Texans are on TV here in HD for the biggest game of the year and I don't have to watch it on a slingbox.

    Go Texans!

Quick slant offense = effective early.
