    3rd and out//3rd and out. Kubiak goal is 'no safety', not '1st down'.

    that 1st down was because of the Colts not Kubiak or Shaub.

    If you look at what the league is like now compared to what it was 15 years ago I think the rules have greatly protected the QB and changed the way the game is played.

    I'm not defending the rules but it is clear that the NFL wants this to be a QB league and not a Defense league.
