    But seriously it was drafting Yates and deciding to keep Leinhart b/c he played better than Dan-O in the preseason.

    I don't think much of Kubiak as a head coach, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say he knows more about how to call plays for his QB than any Texans fan. As for AJ, he was out the majority of Schaub's games too. Not to mention Schaub even put up stats back when we had the likes Green, Slaton, Dayne, etc. at RB.

    There's no question Yates is playing like a rookie QB. Sure, he may look like a rookie QB with great potential, but he's still a rookie. And Kubiak seems to realize that even as Yates is hyped by Texans fans.

    btw,
    Schaub averaged 210.4 yards a game without Andre playing a down.
    Yates has averaged 238.
