    This one is all on Kubiak. You dominated this team on the ground before, your left tackle is coming off a 4 game suspension against one of the elite pass rushers in football, you're playing against the best QB in football, so the obvious decision is to run the ball 15 times. Terrible game plan.

    I think Duane will make a helluva guard when the new coach gets here and ditches the pint sized tackle notion.

    That's precisely right. Kubiak decided to get clever and that's never a good idea.

    Stat of the night: Foster 6.8 yards per carry ONLY 15 carries?

    Kubiak = FAIL

    Week 1 against Colts same ypc (7.0) + 33 carries = with 231 yds and 3 tds. Lay down the crack pipe Kube!

    Yep, all you have to do is blitz and hit Schaub a couple of times and that's game unless you give Foster the ball 30 times. It is pretty bad when any team with a good D line is an automatic loss in my book.

    True but I would expect him to keep his eyes down the field to get a throw off before he got nailed, ala Payton Manning.

    I think Schaub is good, but he just gets rattled too often for my taste....that pick 6 was pathetic.

    However, his coach is not doing him any favors by trying to be cute and throwing the ball in the first half.......sad sad play calling.

    I like the rational, "nobody likes you, go and die". You going to be at the Titans-Texans game?

    Pretty much. I'm sure if there were any other NFL coaches watching the game they had to wonder wtf the Texans were doing.

    A lot of tackles are in the 6'4"-6'5", 310-315 lb range. Joe Thomas and Jordan Gross come to mind. Jake Long is a couple of inches taller but the same weight. All were pro bowlers last year. Eric Winston is the same size too.
