But also, anything can happen in the playoffs. A fluke win is still a win, and can happen in the playoffs, if your team is "lucky" enough. Difference is, if you take gambles in the playoffs and get lucky, you're "gutsy."

I don't like relying on luck or gutsiness though. Run it on their butts.

amazingly enough, defense has been decent holding Manning to 10 pts in the first half. The pick 6 hurt more than anything else.

 

I've been a Kubiak backer for quite some time but this game is making me seriously question if I will continue to do so after tonight. The team seems undisciplined to me and just not prepared...where have we heard that before?!? The defense has been solid and the secondary has been relatively good.

 

The only problem I really have with it is that these wins didn't come against any really respectable/commendable teams. The Skins have been inconsistent, the Raiders are the Raiders, and the Chiefs were huge flukes to start out the season. I'm still shocked we didn't beat the Cowboys, actually, given how they've been playing ever since that game with us.

I just don't think this team is going to hold up well against any really good teams.

I hope they come out and run the ball more this half and establish everything else. It's the only things that's actually working well except, dare I say our defense...for the most part.
