The INT for a TD you can say was set up by a run for a loss. It was 3rd and long and you dont want to kick the ball back to the Cardinals.

The otherthrow was so blatantly Shaub, there's no way around it.

I would just like more examples of where Shaub routinely does that late in games before I start talking about his replacement. Ya know....all the obvious replacements that are out there. Like...?

Lol Schaub put us in position to WIN this game.

You want to blame someone on Offense? Look at the interior linemen and the HBs...They FAIL on getting one yard multiple times and it's NOT even close. Everytime they get dominated.

BENCH Chris White, just like we BENCHED Bennet. How bad can Caldwell be compared to this? Maybe we might actually convert a 3rd and 1 or get one yard for a TD.

Yes it was his fault that we couldn't punch it in from the goal-line. Please just stop. You are digging yourself in a bigger hole.

Btw, the completion % and fantasy stats were brought after you threw Schaub under the bus. You call him inaccurate, but are surprised when we bring up his high completion rate. Riiight.

Exactly, QBs are extremely difficult to replace. Teams take years finding a franchise QB.

Matt is good enough to win games, anyone saying otherwise is foolish to me. Look at his stats all of them compare them to any QB in the NFL right now.

There is more than one person on the team, Matt Schaub is not the reason we are 2-3.

Saying Matt Schaub is average is like saying Vassilis Spanoulis will be able to make it in the NBA.

    Oh, ok.

every facet of the game contributed to today's loss, offense, defense, ST, and coaching. but the same group also contributed to a near win. the texans are not yet good enough to play a complete 4 quarters for whatever reason.

based on the performance of the entire game, they deserved to lose a close one.

You are not going to throw a perfect pass every time. The guy is bound to make a mistake when he throws 50 passes a game. You obviously either dont watch football that much, or you are just an idiot. To blame this game on Schuab is just r****ded.

Hey one time I saw Payton Manning throw an INT. He sucks!

We lost because we can not run the ball when we have to. Its as simple as that.

    Also mistake...

Bench Meyers not White...start anyone over Meyers.

I'm sick of seeing him get NO PUSH at all up the middle.

Just like how Bennet was costing us games, Meyers is costing us games and Kubes needs to grow the balls and bench his old vet or this team is going to be lucky to win 8 games this year.

We lost by 7 points but how many points were we down by? 21? We were down 21 at halftime, but lets look at that first half. Yes Schaub made some errant throws, but Kubiak was insistent on establishing the run as always which led us to 0 points.

The second half, Kubiak took the ball, handed it to Matt Schaub and simply said, "Im putting this team on you, air it out!" And you know what? He did just that and LEAD this team to a 21-21 tie, i think we ran the ball about 4 times in the entire second half! Yea he threw alot of short passes but how many shots did he take down field?! How many of those passes were for over 10 or 15 yards?

Calm down people we lost to a good team that was just a play away from being the defending Super-Bowl champions.

Still a great point that needs to be address. Our Center is beyond terrible. He is NOT a NFL-caliber Center. He needs to be replaced ASAP.

I think what happend to our boy DD is that he didnt watch the game at all, saw we lost, so decided to post acting like he watched it.

DD, go look at the box score(assuming you know how to read it) and read the Recap, then come back to the BBS.

You know The Texans don't lose by 30 or 40 pts they lose dramaticly like on TD's taken away with a fumble on the goal line the following play. They lose when the have 3 chances to get the ball in the endzone on the 1/2 yd line and fail to do so. I mean they came back after being 21 pts down but then they stab all the fans in the heart with this crap ! Its so damn hard being a Texans fan but hey they are who they are and their still my team just like the Rockets and the Stro's :(

Schaub is on pace for 4500 yards, 32 TD's and 13 INT's and a 64% CP for the season. I'll take that from any QB.

I think it's the coaches. They put Chris Brown in a position to fail.

Also, look at how we started the game. Penalty on the kickoff return and then Matt couldn't secure the ball on the first snap of the game. Whether the lack of focus is on the players, coaches, or both..it's just getting tired. It's the same crap every season.

Anyways, it was nice to see Reeves in the game. He messed up a couple of times but made some big plays too.

there is a way around it, here it is:

get an O-line and an RB with a clue

when do you ever see teams throwing on 2nd and 1 (to the goal)? this is ridiculous, we couldn't get 1 yard on 4 freaking attempts.. Schaub F'd up on one of them, but the other 3 were the more important to look at.. Who freaking throws when all you need is 1 yard to get a TD? this is beyond ridiculous.
