you did say it was tangible. and everyone in your list has won a championship which implies you can only be a leader if you win a championship, which is bogus.
His arm strength is average. He makes up for it with his accuracy and play-action ability. His mobility shouldn't be an issue... as it isn't for most elite QB's (Brady, Manning, Warner). And "iffy" red-zone production is a product of the team itself as a whole, not just the QB. You just realize that if all you wanted in a QB was the supreme arm strength and mobility, you'd be wishing that David Carr played for us again? Clearly that isn't everything.
Of course, but look at that list. How long were those guys in the league before they were established elite or leaders for that matter. How long has Schaub been a starter in this league? I get what your saying, but those guys were in the limelight for a long time
Need a clutch drive by the crew. Score here and the tide is turning in our favor. Defense has done a good job getting the Cards off the field in the second half.
i remember the game a couple of years ago when Texans were down 14 nothing to the Panthers. Schaub was calm and cool and brought the texans back for the win. then, last year when the fans booed him after throwing 2 straight interceptions in the game and fans were screaming, "We want sage!" he was calm and cool and led the Texans to victory. yea, that's no leadership in him.
So what? They were booing and screaming for the sex cannon in week one and we went on to get manhandled.
