That's not including today's TD.... and maybe I'm jaded by the 80% figure for home games. Also, you have to look at how many more opportunities the Texans D has to face vs. the other defenses, and the total red zone TD's allowed. Factor in the lack of turnovers, and that they still give up points (regardless of the red zone)... and this is still a bad defense... and they've been bad since the second half of last season.
