The Blue Jays would have home field, so game 7 would not be in Seattle

I'll eat my hat if the Mariners beat Skubal on Friday.

They haven't lost against Skubal all season. Mariners are pretty much his kryptonite and he has his worse numbers against him. Hopefully he is able to figure them out.

I heard that, too - and it struck me as... not true. Granted, no tickets had been punched at the time - but the Ms would not have HFA v Jays, who were up 2-1 + I don't think the NFL has *ever* moved a game to accommodate MLB - unless it's a same stadium issue?

This was said by Nick in an interview before the Blue Jays won, and I believe he said that it was possible if there was a game 7 in Seattle. Since the Blue Jays won there for sure won’t be a game 7 in Seattle, so I’m guessing there is now no chance of moving the Texans’ start time.

Great. There is no way around that 9 pm start, which will probably be delayed somehow.

Though that could also mean they are due to lose to him and for the pendulum to swing back.
