As long as Wade is coaching the D, I may not have a problem with it. For all the criticism Kubes has received over the years, most of it justified, his biggest mistake appears to be his choice of defensive coaches. It's still sad that the decision had to be taken out of his hands, but the combo of Wade and Kubes is working. If Wade ever splits, I'll be very worried because I still don't trust Kubes to make a competent hire on that side of the ball. But until then, I may learn to accept our coaching staff . . . . eventually.
