Cushing: 7 tackles, sack, Int, fumble recovery. It was a good day.

yeah i don't care for that mentality at all... our fg kicking today has definitely been a weak spot. if you can get some more gametime snaps you take them.

besides, i would've loved to put up 40. to hell with classy.

Sure, nice coachspeak... then why is he playing special teams and practicing at all then?

All things being equal right now, Vickers has the job unless he's injured.

Does anyone have that picture of Cushing flexing with his arms out kinda like how Ray Lewis has it below and yelling into the camera from last week?

Huh? This happens all the time. Players recovering from injuries - especially muscle strains - have a play count, so to speak. It's not all or nothing. He's a good special teams player, and there aren't that many special teams plays in a game, so it's a good way to ease him back in.

I'm not saying I know whether Vickers has the full-time job, but just because Casey is playing special teams doesn't mean he's not still recovering. Injury is still a factor.

Great now all we will hear for the next two weeks is grumbling about them not kicking a field goal. Cushing didn't have any blood on his face, I don't think he gave it his all. (joking)

Well, I'm starting to feel better about this team. We've blown out some teams we were supposed to beat. That's a good feeling.

dont forget Schaub's horrible duck he threw out of bounds...which was not far enough out of bounds.

Domination pure and simple. The defense is just playing out of their minds.
