Not normally. It was a poorly thrown pass under pressure. I think this was a case of a poor pass that was good enough if the receiver was paying attention. Both deserve some of the blame for the near interception.

Do these refs have money on the Texans? It seems like Tampa has been screwed with bad calls. The reverse on the INT, the face mask there.
