Wouldn't be surprised to see many websites rank us #1 if it stays this way. Us and Atlanta. ESPN had us #2 this week with Atlanta #3.
It'd be a joke for anyone to rank Atlanta ahead of Houston at this point, based on common opponents. The Broncos spotted the Falcons four early turnovers and still almost won, in Atlanta. The Texans, unless something dramatically changes, are destroying them in Denver. I know it's dangerous to play X vs. Y vs. Z in the NFL, but this early, I think it's relevant.

Even though 49ers lost, I still think they are the best in the NFC and have many similarities to the Texans.
