What happened to Daniels? I missed the first half

If we're lucky and there aren't any torn ligaments, I think the Texans need to circle Nov. 29 on the calendar for Daniels and hold him out until then. Let him heal - he might be able to go before then, but he won't be the stud we need him to be unless he takes a break. Next week is a game that would be awesome to get, but is probably a loss even with a healthy OD. Then you have the bye, then you have the Titans at home, which you should win in your sleep.

Ideally, if we avoid the worst, the top priority needs to be getting him ready for that Nov. 29 showdown with the Colts at Reliant.

No, it's not good news at all. Torn ligaments are never diagnosed until there is an MRI. They are always initially diagnosed as a sprain. MRI will tell the tale.
