I can't speak for the so called Schaub haters, but to me he's a good QB not great. He's got all the offensive weapons at his disposal and he's got a great arm, hence his big numbers. But every now and then, his immobility at times and some questionable throws at times makes me scratch my head. The issue that's coming into the forefront again is Slaton's fumble issue. Also Kube's stubbornly sticking with the run.
Schuab was THE MAN today. I hope everyone that dogged him last week (I did) comes back to give him props today. Too bad I benched him for Hasselbeck.
Why are you guys rooting for the Vikes to lose? You realize that the Ravens are in line to take away a playoff spot from us, right?
I fell your pain. I benched him for David Garrard. I also benched him versus the Titans earlier this year. Texans usually stink on the road. I have learned my lesson.
Can I still talk about Coaching? Because Kubiak gave a great comeback team a chance to...will comeback. Why are we running clock again with 8 mins left? Bengals could have came back.
I agree with you, he's a good above-average QB... I don't necessarily think he'll be an all-time great. But that's still a lot better than what DD gives Schaub credit for. DD's opinions are a joke, he would seriously be like the worst GM ever.
Oh yeah. Forgot about that. Damnit. I just hate hearing about Brett. So here I was hoping for the Ravens to make a move to win it here. But I retract my statement. Sigh.....go vikings.
I wont complain to much...he finally dumped the run first mentality and it worked nicely but he did make a couple of playcalls that make you scratch your head.
Matt really is underappreciated. When schaub gets time, he is incredible. On the other hand, when a certain guy who is comfortable in jeans that are tough makes a mistake, they say he was just making a play or he is just a gunslinger. And how about cushing for NfL defensive rookie of the week again! It's like he made the ball dissapear in the thin air, that is how amazing that Int was.
