There's been about 20 minutes played in the 2nd half. We've had the ball for about 6:40, you have to worry about the defense wearing down at some point. It might've been better to run it on 2nd and 7. Thankfully the defense hasn't broken down yet, but you need the offense to keep the ball for more than 3 plays and failing that, at least running some time off the clock.
This drive has to show something bc its getting scary as more time goes off...they have show big play capability...we haven't.
Sure... had Graham not dropped a well executed pass play, they may still have the ball. Our entire offense (running and passing) is predicated on the threat of both working at any time. As soon as you shut one down (the passing game), the running game will suffer some. They're still good enough to get yards here and there... and need to do better... but its not suprising that the entire offense has struggled thus far.
