What do you want him to do? If the play is not for him, and you don't do anything. You just feign hustle or something? I agree though, this is not his offense; and he is definitely not a point guard.

J/K. I think he's got above average skills/ability. He just needs 2 be more modest and patient, play team ball, and put in work to gain RA's confidence. Everytime he's tagged in, he plays like he's tryin too hard to impress b/c he's worried Rick's gonna take him out.

What do I want him to do ? Move around , set a pick , slash to the bucket , move to an open spot , make the defense react to you .... anything but stand there with your hands on your hips like Paris Hilton.

Thats what the Princeton Offense is all about ... Its not isolation plays for a specific player .... each and every player can impact every play without even touching the ball .... Seems more than one person doesnt get this concept ....

    Bandwagon? What bandwagon!
TWill is an iso player plays like TMac, but skill or talent level is nowhere near TMac. Let's try something new.

The question is will he get some playing time when he comes back from his minor surgery?

The question is whether he will get playing time next year, under a new coach with a different offense?

Hey, look, it's the armchair coaching crew. Many of whom were screaming at the top of their lungs about us drafting Patterson over Hassan Whiteside! Coach on!

A coaching change wont do anything unless he changes his attitude. He needs to stop with all the sulking and just do what the team needs.

When he isnt playing he sulks and when he does play he tries to do way too much. All he needs to do is try to replace Battier's defence for now. He is more than capable of playing good defence and pulling down rebounds. He doesnt really need to be a scorer or playmaker on this team. But I dont think he will be satisified with this role. Its evident he doesnt want to be here and it appears his team mates dont want him either.

It looks like he isnt ready to contribute on a winning team yet. He needs to be on a crap team where he can improve his decision making and shooting.

We need to trade him draft night. I think we can move up a spot or two if we include T-Will and Hill.

Me think this "injury" that came out of nowhere is fake to save any value T-Will have left. So when a team ask, "Why didn't you guys play him more, they can point out the "injury".

Anyone who voted for average or above should be ashamed of themselves. Wake the eff up.

I just dropped 31pts, 6rebs, and 5ast with him in nba 2k11 so i think its pretty obvious that we need to play him.

We don't give enough credit to the guys upstairs for the fact we don't have a team that resembles T-Mac, Francis, Bonzi, T-Will. These guys are delusional and don't work well with others. It's a fine balance between individual talent and team game, but I wont be cheering for a JR Rider team... ok I would initially for the excitement it brings me short term, but after a few weeks... we're not LA... would not fly.

I predict that he ain't gonna stay long in this league. His playing style, personality and attitude is the kind that successful teams would evade.

I hope he makes it, if he does well and helps us do well, then it is a win win situation. He does need to get a check up from the neck up when it comes to the sulking and selfish play, but once he learns to play team ball, look out!

From my perspective he is just trying too hard to prove himself and rectify his image; and not just playing like he knows he can, because he can play this game.

TWill just posted a pic of him at the Rockets practice gym. He seems to care and work hard. I just hope that he turns out to be a good player, if not a key contributor.
