by the way....do you guys think steve holds a grudge against TMAC? after all..tmac was the reason the rockets traded him for....i just hope he can put all of that behind and prove that he is a great player....
I didn't think it could get wilder than the trade deadline of 05 when all those trades went down, not just with the rockets. this has been wild this week.
Those of you calling for Rafer to be traded don't understand the point of having a CHANGE OF PACE PG. (And yes, Brooks could be one... eventually... but he's a freaking rookie.)
I want to see what the projected starting lineup is going to be because there is a lot of interchanging that can be had with the lineup we have right now not even including Rafer and Head who i think won't be here.
Trade Head & Alston and Sura's expiring contract to NJ for Boki and we got our championship team complete. WOW - Franchise is back, and at such a low cost....amazing. And for the Record, I think it will do wonders for SF game, he will come to a team with two established leaders, and will be able to just compete......gonna be amazing. DD
Rockets definately Championship Calibur. Stevie Chose the Rockets cause this is his home. He likes Yao. He likes the Rockets and the House that Stevie Built. He likes the potential of playing with T-Mac. And most of all...he has always admired Adelman. As for Riles and Dunleavy...much to be desired when considering playing for those two boneheads. Two more guys in the Van Gundy coaching style. Cory Maggette has asked to be traded cause he can't stand playing for Dunleavy. Mavs he'd be a traitor and an uncomfortable fit.
VesceySux is right. We shouldn't deal Rafer unless we get another pure PG in return. Two out of the three bench warmers, Head, Snyder, and Novak need to go. JLIII and Sura are basicallly already gone.
