HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!1111 yeah John Lopez sucks! Anybody who isnt at least pumped a little at the prospect of having a deep team for once is nuts! Granted Stevie's gonna have to learn to share the ball (thrust arms and hands in a forward motion towards another teammate. release the ball. I know it hurts to let go but sharing is caring.) a little bit, but I bet he is willing to play nice in order to get the second most important thing in pro basketball. Plus how could you not like stevie? Even when he was dribbling out the final seconds of another 24 before launching into the air for a failed attempt at one of his nba jam style monster slams from three point land(never happened...i made that up) he was at least a likeable person. So here's to another rockets season filled with fun and excitement and hopefully another christmas song this time featuring only shane battier singing five power dancers over and over and over......

I will be interested to hear what he has to say when he broadcasts a Rockets game next year, the announcers will have to ask him about whether he is jealous that this year's team has all that talent as compared to his last team.

Whenever the latest NBA street comes out, Volume 5 or whatever, the Rockets are going to be sick. Morey is treating the NBA likes its his own personal video game. I can't wait to see his next trade for a PF.

That's what he gets for not playing his bench... and pouting about Moreyball.

The maturity SF showed at the press conference was really impressive. He's so much older now. I'm glad to see he doesn't care about "gettin' my Sportscenter," anymore.

Although Steve probably isn't on this team if Van Gundy is still coaching.

Bonzi would be gone too and Scola wouldn't play next year because he's a Euro rookie! :D We would still have guards out the Wa Zoo but only Rafer would get to play. Happy trails JVG!

There were rumors that Steve wanted to come back when JVG was still coaching. Also I believe Steve said on 610 after the press conference that he probably would have come over anyways even if JVG was still the coach. JVG has also had good things to say about Steve.

Rockets got Steve back, who they traded. They got James back who they traded. They signed Scola who can not be signed by SA and they signed Yao, a chinese , where the Bucks (who are trying to sign another chinese) are having troubles signing. GOOOOOOO ROCKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

wasn't this the same guy who did not want francis and james.. but wanted to keep juwan and give alston significant minutes? they had a chance to get more talent middle of last year but jvg did not want to mess with "chemistry".. and i wouldn't think jvg would be playing scola - a rookie..

Anyone think he will have the same impact Bob Sura (about the same age) a few years back? More or less? They are both "heart" players.

Steve is a turnover machine and would have more turnovers than assists. The good thing is that he is a cheap player that can be benched for Mike James, who protects the ball better. I am happy for him, this time around. :)
